It’s Important We Talk About Freedom

“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God such men lived.”

– George S. Patton

Respect is what Memorial Day Is.. and such much more.

Thanks, gratitude, remembrance, and paying respect is what Memorial Day is all about. This long weekend is intended for us as Americans to pay tribute to those who have defended the freedoms of so many at home, and abroad. America has long been a leader in pushing for individual rights across the globe. It is important to recognize that if these great men had not served, freedom would merely be an idea; nothing more.

Never Forget.

We must build a habit of appreciating the people who have sacrificed so much for a cause greater than themselves. Appreciation goes far beyond remembrance and being thankful for their sacrifice and the outcome of it. This gratitude reaches to societies current state. We must continue the legacy of enhancing, sustaining and spreading freedom to the world. We must act upon the freedoms we’ve been given. This is especially true when compromises are being made to the prosperity which these people (literally) died to see.

Take Ownership.

Free people have the responsibility everyday of being mindful of how truly lucky they are. These fights for freedom have allowed so many people in modern society to enjoy peace and prosperity to the likes the world has never seen. We are beyond indebted to these select few. Defending America’s mission of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all men, not just a select few is an honor taken by choice. We are beyond thankful for all of you protectors of freedom and we will keep this humbling thought in our minds always. God Bless The U.S.A, and remember the respect that memorial day is for. Never forget the great people of our Armed Forces.
